Jenn Perry holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is passionate about helping individuals find hope, healing, and lasting growth. She provides compassionate, client-centered care and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. For those who desire it, Jenn is happy to incorporate faith into the counseling process.
Drawing on both her professional training and personal experiences, Jenn brings empathy and understanding to some of life's most difficult seasons. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing grief, including suicide loss, as well as those navigating infertility, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum transitions. Jenn also works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress, equipping them with healthy coping skills and practical tools to improve their overall well-being.
Jenn has a special passion for working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, life transitions, and emotional well-being. She also has a niche in supporting individuals with ADHD, helping clients better understand their unique strengths and challenges while developing practical strategies to thrive at home, school, work, and in relationships.
Jenn believes that healing happens through authentic connection, self-discovery, and a strong therapeutic relationship. She is honored to walk alongside her clients as they build resilience, overcome obstacles, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
