I am a licensed professional counselor in Maryland and Pennsylvania, but my work extends far beyond the counseling room. I am a leader, builder, and visionary who has served across government systems, treatment centers, and mission-driven organizations—launching businesses, founding a nonprofit, and developing programs that continue to thrive and impact lives today.

My leadership is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, allowing me to guide individuals, families, and leaders through complex challenges with clarity, compassion, and strategic direction. Through a Christian lens, I believe transformation happens through connection, accountability, and intentional growth.

Leadership, Areas of Impact, and Counseling Expertise

  • Substance Use & Recovery: I have led and developed programs supporting individuals navigating substance use and alcohol challenges, creating pathways to sustainable recovery through structure, accountability, and compassionate care.

  • Executive & Leadership: With decades of experience across systems and organizations, I equip leaders to make confident decisions, strengthen communication, and build high-functioning teams. My approach blends clinical insight with real-world leadership experience to produce lasting results.

  • Organizational & Program Development: From launching a nonprofit to building programs within existing organizations, I specialize in creating initiatives that are not only impactful—but sustainable. The work I’ve started continues to grow and serve communities today.

  • Family & Relationship Dynamics: I guide families and couples through conflict toward restoration, helping them rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and create healthier relational patterns.

  • Life Transitions & Crisis Support: I provide steady counseling and care for individuals navigating grief, terminal diagnoses, career shifts, and other life-altering moments—helping them move forward with strength and purpose.

As a State of Maryland board-approved clinical supervisor for LGPC, LGADC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, and AD-TRAINEE, I am committed to developing not only individuals—but future leaders in the field.

I believe that while life leaves its mark on all of us, true leadership is forged in how we rise, rebuild, and lead others forward. My role is to help you transform challenges into clarity, and vision into action.

Let’s move beyond survival—and step into leadership, purpose, and lasting impact.
